Okay, so my good friend Sheila figured out why the link wasn't working. I forgot the S at the end of taleS. So, I will re-post it and hopefully it will go through this time. If not, well then the computer gremlins have won another battle in this technology war I have been fighting for years. Here is that link one more time.

Problem!
Okay, for whatever reason, if you try to access my website from the link I posted, it takes you to the wrong place. So, for now just type it in and that should work. Sorry for any issues.

Okay, I just got the link to my website and checked it out. It is up and running. So if you would like to check it out just follow the link below.

In other news, this past weekend I finished writing my third book, well I'll call it project. The Tale of Ella and Cinder was one "project", but will be published in two parts, so I can't really say that I finished writing my third book. Anyway, I've already begun to write my fourth project and it is my take of Robin Hood. I realize that this is not really a traditional "fairytale" but it is close enough. Plus, I just liked the idea. For those of you that don't know, I'll give you a little run down. I have written three projects, but only The Tale of Ella and Cinder, the first one I wrote is being published at the moment. That is my take of Cinderella. My second book is my take of Beauty and the Beast and it has the working title of A Beautiful Beast. I plan to publish that one next. My third project was my take on The Princess and the Frog and its working title is a little strange and a little long, so I'll keep it to myself for now.
I'll write again soon.

First Day of Fall.
Okay, so for those of you that don't know, Autumn is my favorite season! So I am kind of excited for today. As for everything else, this will be a quick update. First and foremost, I will have a website by the end of the month or so I was told. I will post the link when it is finished. I still do not have a release date for my first book, but I guess all I can do is wait and hope for a date before Christmas. As for the second book, I just got word that it has just finished the initial layout. I got to see it this morning and it looks good.
I'll write later when I have more news.

THe Calm Before the Storm.
Okay, first I have to say that, no I do not have a release date just yet. However, there is a lot going on. First and foremost, my publisher is creating a website for me/my book, so when I have the domain for it I will post it here and you can check it out. I have also been busy with deciding what promotional items I will buy to help sell my book. I ultimately came up with t-shirts and posters, however, with the limited number of t-shirts and posters I can afford at the moment, you will only see them if you live near me or know me personally. With all of this however, it means that I have crossed over into the premarketing stage and that means one more step after this and my first book is out. I will be holding pre-release get togethers of some form, so keep an eye open for that.
Also, I have decided on my second cover. For those of you who have read the book, the picture on the front will make sense, but for those that have not, you are probably going to be scratching your heads. Now, I had an option of going with a picture of the glass slipper, but that is way to over done. So I went with the stranger, less obvious one. Don't worry, it will all make sense in the end. As soon as I get permission, I'll post the picture up here, but for now you all must sit in suspense.
Also, looking back I realize that I have not mentioned any books I've been reading or anything funny from my own life in a while, so here it goes. I am currently reading the second book within Stephen Lawhead's The Dragon King Saga. It is pretty good, it holds my attention while I'm reading it, though I will admit that it isn't enough to make me run back to it every time I have a free second. I am also reading a book called Eve by Anna Carey. It is pretty good if you like post end of the world scenarios, but I'm only on Chapter 4, so we'll see how it turns out. It's a pretty easy read and the main character, Eve, is likable and intelligent so I am having fun with the story so far.
On a personal note, I start a new job tomorrow. I'm still working for the school, but I am no longer substituting. It is part time, but it is every day and at least now I know where I'm going and where I'll be daily. It will be a nice change of pace. Speaking of change of pace, for those of you that don't know, I own three cats. There is Max, the old senile one, Pippin, the fluffy love-bug enthusiast and Boo, the one that makes bricks appear intelligent. The other night I was working on my current project when the fire alarms went off. No fire was actually happening, unless you count the burning bacon fat that was giving off smoke while my mother made BLTs. Pippin, who had been sitting next to me promptly ran to find a place away from all the noise. I went around opening windows and doors. As I came to the front door, I saw Pippin staring at something up at the top of the stairs with a look of pure confusion. I followed his gaze and saw our old, senile and mosey-paced cat Max, running in sheer terror around in circles at the top of the stairs. He had no idea where to go since everywhere he went a fire alarm was going off. At the moment I was still trying to clear the smoke, but later I couldn't help but laugh at his expense. Poor Mr. Max.
Thank you for reading and as always, I'll
