I think the title says it all. I hope all of you have a wonderful Thanksgiving and I hope that you can enjoy yourself. Whether your meal will be spent at family's or friend's, may you feel appreciated and blessed. In order to get prepared for the Holiday Season, I have made a list of all I'm thankful for.
1) My family and their undying support and love.
2) To all of my friends, every single one of you. You brighten my life is so many ways.
3) I'm thankful for my job, especially since so many are out of work.
4) My pets, Max, Pippin, Boo (the cats) and Neal the fish.
5) For this chance to publish my book and to see it already prospering.
6) For the freedoms that we have in this country we are giving thanks for and the people who would die to defend those rights.
7) For my education, I love to learn and expand my mind, and I know not many get the chance to have such an opportunity in this world.
8) For everyone who lives through untold troubles but keeps a smile on their face to show the rest of us that it can be done.
9) For the sunshine, rain, Summer and Winter. To this beautiful planet that we have been given to live on and all its beauty and wonders. We have treated her rather poorly so far, but so far she had been resilient enough to keep going.
10) To have woken up today and have another opportunity to turn the day into something amazing to remember.
I could list a lot more, but I figure that I'll stop at ten. After all, I have a Thanksgiving meal to get to.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Business, Business and More Business
Well, while I am of course excited for the announced release date of my first book and the success that I have reaped from selling a few copies myself, I have never been so busy. I have been having to keep my own books and lets just say that I am more of a creative mind than a business one. I have to keep books and go talk to shop owners, and all that other stuff that comes with self promotion. Oh well, all dreams come with a sacrifice. But soon I will have a break, Thanksgiving! I love Thanksgiving, especially since I get to spend it with my crazy family. I'm also going to admit that I'm excited about the fact that we are going to be having a LOTRs marathon on Saturday, which I know, dorky, but hey I write books about fairy tales so I assume that that's pretty much already known. Well, other than reporting that book one is chugging right along through marketing, and that book two is still waiting to go into that final step, and all of the above information, nothing more to report at this time.

Release Date!
Okay y'all, here's the scoop. One sorry I never got the Pumpkin of Death Story out in time for Halloween. Frankenstorm kind of got in the way. It's finished and kind of hokie, but it's done, however I was thinking that maybe I should wait till next Halloween to release it. Your thought? If you want to read it now, I'll be more than glad to post it, but if you want to wait until next Halloween I'll do that too.
Also, just heard from my marketing rep and things are going well! I have a release date of February 5th, kind of far off, but you can order it now either through me, if my know me personally or on the Tate website. I'm not entirely sure if you'll get the book before this date by ordering off the website, but for those of you who order through me and you're lucky enough to claim a book within the first shipment I can most likely have it to you before Christmas. If you need the link to Tate website its http://www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore/book.php?w=9781620249055 this will take you directly to the page where you can order my book. If you have a kindle or some other type of tablet, you can order the digital copy from this as well.
Thanks guys! I'll keep you all updated and keep a look out for upcoming events that I'll be posting on here and my website. www.mosaictales.tateauthor.com.
